Aidan Fox

Designer

Aidan brings a passion for innovative design solutions and nature to his role at CCY. Originally from Pennsylvania, he grew up with a keen appreciation for nature, and time spent outside, which provided him with a plethora of experiences understanding how site and built environment integrate.

He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University, where he developed a passion for model making, and form-forward architecture. Studying abroad in Italy exposed him to new typologies of architecture, and different ways of living in the built environment. Since then, he has gained a new respect not only for how architecture is used, but also how it can be designed to fit a site in the most thoughtful ways possible.

Aidan has been seeking out new ideas and perspectives since his first year of school, working as an architectural research assistant, a 3D printer operator, and participating in internships both in architecture, and in landscape architecture. He believes that design encompasses many different fields, and while the end result is a building, the process to get there requires a multidisciplinary mind set.

Aidan moved to the Roaring Fork Valley to sharpen his outdoor skills, and further develop his love of being outside. In his free time, he likes to camp, hike, and fish his way up and down the Valley.
