Robin’s thirty-plus years as project manager and principal for CCY’s public and commercial projects are distinguished by a host of awards. Robin has worked effectively with large and diverse client organizations, complex teams, government agencies, and some of the largest construction firms operating in the United States. His portfolio includes mixed-use developments, hotels, high-end residences, government buildings (military, police, fire, city hall), offices, theaters and centers for the arts, an art museum, and a chapel, employing a variety of delivery methods, including competitive bid, negotiated contract, owner/builder, and fast-track.

His expertise in selecting and organizing project teams, developing project parameters, supervising architectural and engineering designs, producing construction documents, securing approvals, assisting in marketing, and administering the contract for construction has helped clients achieve consistently greater value for their project investment.

Prior to joining CCY Architects, Robin’s experience in New York, Seattle, and Los Angeles included theater and acoustical consulting, mechanical contracting, and construction field work, in addition to architectural practice. This background gives him extensive insight into the practical realities encountered in taking a design from first sketch to occupied building.
